Dutch Design Week 2023. Together with some of our partner agencies, we collaborated on two events: interCHANGES on Thursday, 26th October, and the annual Creative Jam on Friday, 27th October. Both great and inspiring events.
We were one of the proud co-hosts of Dutch Design Week interCHANGES. A series of interactive events - offering the opportunity to share and co-create knowledge. During our interCHANGES on Thursday, George Dyson - an American historian of technology - kickstarted a discussion about how to shape our digital future. He argues that nature and the digital realm will remain fundamentally different - for ever. The question posed during this thought-provoking discussion: are we, therefore, on the cusp of a revolution against digital and a re-valuation of the analogue?
Following this discussion, there were four breakout sessions. Session III - Miro Mission Mindmapping - was co-hosted by us. Under the guidance of our Dutch Digital Design board member Alain Dujardin (Greenberry), Marsha Simon and Wessel van den Bos (Miro), we hosted a co-creation session with Lisa Klop from Dept, Sjors van Hoof from Ace and Amber Haank from AMARU.
Very honoured and inspired that we were once again co-hosting this event for digital design talents - together Dutch Digital Agencies, Night of the Nerds and SintLucas.
100 talented students from renowned Dutch creative institutions joined us on Friday, 27 October, at SintLucas College in Eindhoven. Together they worked on inspirational and innovative concepts and ideas for IKEA on how digital design can support and promote a circular world. Remco Frank from one of our partner agencies Bravoure worked along a team of talented young creatives to guide and inspire.
At the end of the day the concepts were judged by a panel of experts in the field of sustainability and digital design.
