Dutch creative production company MediaMonks developed two stunning interactive installations for JLABS’ flagship Shanghai lab, to engage passers-by, and showcase JLABS’ innovative life science work across the globe.
JLABS are the research and innovation labs of Johnson & Johnson, one of the world’s largest and most broadly-based healthcare companies.
The agency created a series of interactive, floor-to-ceiling screens, tracking the movements of people in front of the installation using camera sensors. These movements were then translated onto the screens. They also produced a volumetric light installation, featuring 3D sculptures moving through a three-dimensional space of LEDs. Both installations bring JLABS’ world of life sciences, a world full of movement, objects and colours, to life - in real-time.
A truly stunning and inspiring way to connect, and inform visitors about the interesting, but complicated life science world.
