Dutch independent digital design agency Ronin created an app for mobile provider Tele2. As smart and in your face as its target audience. An app that will allow Tele2 customers to look after all their Tele2 stuff. With the help of an incredibly smart chatbot.
Tele2 asked Ronin to develop an app based on their customers’ needs. To give them the best customer experience imaginable, including a super-smart chatbot. Their virtual knight in shining armour, helping Tele2 customers find what they are after. The chatbot is self-learning: the more you ask, the better it will get to know you.
