Dutch bank ABN AMRO was looking for bright IT minds to help shape the future of finance. However, they were not necessarily seen as the most appealing place to work. Code d’Azur developed an augmented reality experience to create attention, and make people see ABN AMRO as an innovative IT employer.
The agency turned people’s own rooms at home into an Escape Room. The game takes potential employees past several challenges that have to be solved around themes that include Artificial Intelligence, Info-security, Cryptocurrency and Blockchain, to prevent a worldwide financial meltdown.
